Context

The agency's brand presence was stcuk in the past and did not reflect what it actually did, and nobody had formally made the case to fix it. I built the business case for a full refresh, had it signed off, and executed it.

Audience

Marketing managers at technology companies looking for a partner who can actually engage their audience.

Build

I began with an intensive research study to imbue the site with a sense of "innovation," reviewing competitor trends and deciding on a dark mode aesthetic with gradient backgrounds. I used Figma and Illustrator to craft a fresh, iconic logo designed specifically for visibility in the digital landscape. To organize content logically, I developed a detailed website flowchart that mapped an efficient client journey for high-level marketing managers.

The technical build was executed using WordPress and Elementor Pro, supplemented by custom CSS code to ensure full responsiveness across all devices. For intelligence and data-driven improvements, I integrated an autonomous AI Agent Chatbot to guide users. I further optimized the user experience by implementing a custom search page using Algolia’s AI search technology to provide more accurate, personalized results.

Alongside the site, I scripted, animated, and edited a promotional brand film in After Effects and Premiere Pro — the visual anchor the new presence had been missing.

Outcome

  • Achieved measurable performance growth in website statistics after a few months of analytics monitoring.
  • Equipped the team with a clear style guide and flowchart that simplified the acquisition of new enterprise clients.
  • Successfully repositioned the agency to appeal specifically to global tech companies.
  • Produced a brand film that ran as a paid social ad and, more usefully, showed existing clients services they hadn't realised the agency offered — several enquiries came directly off the back of it.
