Design & Development Process

‍The design centered on a comprehensive dashboard built in PowerApps that allows users to submit and manage event participation. I prioritized flexibility by creating a system that allows users to toggle between monthly, weekly, and daily calendar views. This ensures that both in-house teams and field staff can track events in a way that suits their specific workflows.

Technically, I implemented advanced filtering options to make it easy for managers to find specific events by date, location, or department. I also integrated a dedicated event page with view, edit, and update functionality to allow for real-time adjustments as event details change. The platform uses SharePoint for real-time synchronization, ensuring every department sees the most current information.
